The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a plan to coordinate with Vietnam Television and related units to organize a live television program "Golden Opportunity" to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
According to the plan, the program is chaired and directed by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; organized by Vietnam Television, with the coordination of the Hanoi People's Committee, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and Hue City People's Committee. In Hanoi, the bridge point is located at the Hanoi Flag Tower area (28A Dien Bien Phu, Ba Dinh Ward) with the participation of about 3,000 delegates. The rehearsal program will take place on August 20 and will be broadcast live at 8:10 p.m. on August 22.
For the program to be successful, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports to be the focal agency, presiding over contacting and coordinating with Vietnam Television and the program's Organizing Committee to deploy propaganda and visual promotion of the program on the streets near the event location; coordinate in providing and displaying paintings, photos, and documents about the August Revolution and National Day September 2, and Hanoi's achievements...
The Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center presides over and coordinates with the Department of Culture and Information to support Vietnam Television in using the available 3D mapping projection system at the Flag Tower to serve the program from August 19 to August 22; creating conditions for the organizing committee to use the lantern street area in front of Doan Mon to display photos on the theme of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
Hanoi City Police built a plan to ensure security and order, fire prevention and fighting, traffic flow and safety for delegates and guests participating in the program.
The Hanoi Department of Health is in charge of developing and implementing medical plans to ensure disease prevention and control, health care, emergency response (4 ambulances), and first aid for the program.
