On the occasion of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year 2025, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Kien Giang province Nguyen Thanh Nhan wished the leaders of the Party, authorities at all levels, armed forces and people of Kep province many new successes, new victories, and a joyful, peaceful and happy traditional New Year 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nhan thanked the provincial government for the warm welcome given to the delegation of Kien Giang province; at the same time, expressed his joy at the socio-economic development results achieved by Kep province.

Chairman of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Nhan affirmed that Kien Giang and Kep provinces are close neighbors, with a long-standing traditional friendship and cooperation in many fields. That friendship has been cultivated by generations of leaders and people of the two provinces, and has become increasingly close and strong over the years.

In the coming time, Kien Giang province hopes that the two provinces will continue to promote exchanges, research and cooperation in areas of potential and strength, in accordance with the needs and interests of each side, in order to develop the two provinces quickly and sustainably, contributing to consolidating the good neighborly relationship, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, and long-term sustainability between Vietnam and Cambodia.

The presence of the delegation of Kien Giang province demonstrates the respect, affection, solidarity and friendship that Vietnam and Cambodia in general, as well as Kien Giang and Kep provinces in particular, have long been preserved and cultivated.

Deputy Governor Bun Yaung hopes that Kep and Kien Giang provinces will continue to preserve and foster the good neighborly relationship, traditional friendship, and comprehensive cooperation to become increasingly stronger and more effective, contributing to bringing common benefits to the people of the two provinces and the two countries.
