In October 2023, Ms. NTBL borrowed capital from BIDV Phu Tho Branch with an amount of 7 billion VND and participated in BIC's BIC Binh An insurance product with an insurance amount of 4 billion VND. On December 19, 2023, an unfortunate risk occurred, Ms. NTBL died in a traffic accident. Immediately after receiving information from the customer's family, BIDV Phu Tho Insurance Company visited and encouraged the customer's family, and coordinated with relevant parties to quickly complete the documents, pay all insurance benefits with an amount of nearly 4 billion VND to Ms. NTBL's family including: Insurance participation amount, loan interest support while waiting for insurance procedures and funeral allowance.
