Cao Bang Digital Citizen Platform is identified as a comprehensive channel connecting people, businesses with the government; a channel to support people and businesses in exploiting and using online public services, e-commerce, cashless payments, etc. This is one of the priority tasks to be implemented according to the Cao Bang Province Digital Transformation Project to 2025, with a vision to 2030. With the direction of the Government, "people and businesses are the center of digital transformation", Cao Bang Digital Citizen Platform is deployed to improve management efficiency, make administrative processes transparent and create favorable conditions for people and businesses.

Cao Bang Digital Citizen Platform is a comprehensive digital technology ecosystem, helping citizens interact with the government, perform online public services and participate in social activities effectively. The platform applies many advanced technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), big data analysis and high security, to ensure information security and provide optimal user experience, helping people and businesses to look up basic utilities such as: Administrative procedures, submitting documents, looking up documents, online procedures, looking up land information, planning land plots in the province and interacting with other platform systems, making purchases on e-commerce platforms... reflecting and making recommendations, connecting people and the government to interact in the digital environment. Moving towards forming a unified digital platform to serve people and businesses.

Through the platform, people and businesses can interact with the government, work with the government to build and develop the digital economy, digital society, and digital government; provide tools for officials and civil servants in managing, processing, and supporting requests and feedback from people to state agencies, ensuring that people's feedback sent to state agencies is managed and processed quickly, transparently, and publicly to the people.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Hoang Xuan Anh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation of Cao Bang province emphasized: The digital platforms announced today will form an interactive channel between people, businesses and the government through applications on mobile devices. The Cao Bang Digital Citizen Platform is expected to create favorable conditions for people and businesses to easily access and perform online public services, helping people through smartphones to send feedback, suggestions, and recommendations in the fastest and simplest way to the government for timely reception and resolution. At the same time, through that, people can monitor, interact and evaluate the level of satisfaction with the results of handling feedback of each agency. The Vietnam Farmers' Platform is a tool for operating, managing, connecting, and serving the activities of all levels of Farmers' Associations and members.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the provincial Departments, Boards, branches, unions, district and commune People's Committees, telecommunications units and enterprises, business associations, and press agencies to promote propaganda and widely disseminate the 02 Platforms to agencies and organizations so that each cadre, party member, association member and all people in the province can know and respond to participate.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Information and Communications and the Farmers' Association of Cao Bang province to set specific goals and targets on the number of installations in agencies, organizations and localities; provide specific instructions on how to install and use the Platform so that everyone can easily access and use it. During the operation of the 2 platforms, focus on evaluating the quality and efficiency to continue improving technology and perfecting features so that people and businesses can truly benefit from public services, with more convenient, faster and more effective social utilities.

On this occasion, Cao Bang province launched a campaign to guide the installation and use of digital platforms in the whole province, with the core force being the Community Digital Technology Teams.
