| On November 7, Mr. Phan Trong Tan - Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee signed and issued Document No. 4769/UBND-CNXD, agreeing to the policy of studying the idea of building Hung Vuong Tower in the old central market area, Viet Tri City. |

Talking to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh (a vendor at the old Viet Tri Central Market) said, currently we have not received any notice from the Viet Tri City People's Committee and Phu Tho Province People's Committee about the Decision to build Hung Vuong Tower on this land. However, we, the vendors, only need the province to provide reasonable compensation so that we can make a living, and we do not oppose it. |

Agreeing with Mr. Tuan Anh, another trader said, in 1992, we were signed a contract by the People's Committee of Viet Tri City to buy and sell the land. Therefore, if the province plans to build Hung Vuong Tower, as long as we provide adequate compensation, we are willing to return the land. |

| Hung Vuong Tower has the function of public services, cultural space, trees... creating environmental landscape, serving the people; has beautiful landscape architecture and is a symbolic work, a highlight of Phu Tho province, bearing the cultural and historical imprint of the Hung Vuong era; contributing to building Viet Tri city into a festival city returning to the origin of Vietnamese ethnic groups. |
