Accordingly, Thanh Hoa provincial leaders consulted intellectuals in the province on two issues.

Firstly, solutions to enhance cooperation, linkage and connection between stages in the value chain of agricultural, industrial and handicraft products of the province from production to processing, distribution and consumption of products, in order to enhance the value and competitiveness of agricultural products, especially OCOP products and industrial and handicraft products with strengths of the province.

Second, solutions to improve the quality of human resources, especially high-quality human resources to serve the province's key socio-economic sectors, contributing to the successful implementation of Resolution No. 58-NQ/TW dated August 5, 2020 of the Politburo (12th tenure) on building and developing Thanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
