The report on the results of the direction and operation work in the past 7 weeks shows that the Minister, Chairman and leaders of the Committee for Ethnic Minorities chaired and attended many important conferences and meetings; thoroughly instructed cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to strictly implement Directive No. 26-CT/TW dated November 23, 2023 of the Secretariat and Directive No. 30/CT-TTg dated December 15, 2023 of the Prime Minister on strengthening measures to ensure a joyful, healthy, safe and economical Tet holiday; directed departments and units to regularly grasp the situation of ethnic minority and mountainous areas before, during and after the 2024 Tet holiday.
In week 7, the departments and units proactively coordinated to advise on implementation, basically completing the tasks assigned by the Committee's leaders such as: Preparing content and conditions for organizing the Conference to announce decisions on personnel work and meeting at the beginning of the Spring of Giap Thin 2024; advising on the issuance of the Plan to inspect, supervise and evaluate the implementation of the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the period 2021 - 2025 in 2024... The departments and units assigned to perform tasks under the National Target Program for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas completed the review and proposed to the Department of Planning and Finance to synthesize and complete the submission to the Minister and Chairman to issue a Decision assigning the unit to preside over and coordinate the implementation of projects, sub-projects, and contents of the National Target Program for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas chaired by the Committee for Ethnic Minorities.
In week 8/2024, the leaders of the Committee will continue to focus on directing departments and units to implement assigned tasks and tasks according to the plan, especially projects and policies submitted to the Government, the Prime Minister and tasks with deadlines to be completed in week 8.
At the meeting, the delegates listened to the departments and units report on a number of thematic contents related to the results of synthesizing and assigning tasks to departments and units in the 2024 Work Program; the results of implementing a number of contents related to digital transformation; the results of consulting the Minister and Chairman on the implementation of the Prime Minister's Directive on urging the implementation of tasks after Tet... Thereby, they discussed, supplemented and clarified the contents as well as solutions to effectively implement the tasks.
Concluding the meeting, the Minister and Chairman highly appreciated the positive and proactive implementation of the work right from the first days after the Lunar New Year holiday of the departments and units. Requesting the departments and units in week 8 to thoroughly grasp and clearly assign tasks to each civil servant, public employee, and employee and organize effective implementation. Strictly comply with the Directive of the Secretariat, the Prime Minister, and the Committee's leaders on the instructions after Tet on the observance of discipline and administrative discipline, focusing on prioritizing time for work.
Regarding specific tasks, the Minister and Chairman agreed that the development and implementation of the 2024 Work Program for departments and units will assign tasks according to the monthly schedule; review all conditions before organizing the Conference to summarize the digital transformation work in 2023, ensuring the best implementation results.
Also in week 8, assigned departments and units need to deploy and organize specialized meetings to develop Circulars on emulation and rewards; develop job positions; complete the plan to develop Specialized Schools until 2030 for early approval; develop plans for civil servant recruitment and selection...
The Minister and Chairman also urged relevant departments and units to seriously and resolutely implement tasks related to personnel work; tasks related to digital transformation; develop plans to organize seminars right from the beginning of the year... not to let work pile up until the end of the year; request to continue paying attention to the regime for party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Committee for Ethnic Minorities.
