At the Commune Public Administration Service Center, the list of administrative procedures by field has been publicly issued, and the reception of dossiers has basically been implemented in accordance with regulations. From July 1 to July 28, 2025, the Commune Public Administration Service Center has received 299 dossiers under the authority of the Commune People's Committee. 147 dossiers have been processed, of which 144 dossiers were processed before and on time, 3 dossiers were overdue; 102 dossiers are being processed according to regulations.

Inspecting the operating conditions of the Dam Rong 2 Commune Public Administration Service Center, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, assessed that although the number of administrative procedures arising was not much, the Commune Public Administration Service Center initially operated basically meeting the requirements, promptly, with the spirit of serving the people.
