Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television offer incense at the Memorial House of Heroic Martyrs and the Provincial Martyrs Cemetery.

The delegation included comrades in the Editorial Board; leaders of specialized departments; representatives of the Youth Union along with editors, reporters, technicians and staff.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, delegates offered incense and observed a moment of silence to express their deep gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the happiness of the people.
