At the conference, Mr. Bui Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Lao Dong Newspaper, briefly reported on the results of Party building activities of the Lao Dong Newspaper in 2024.

Accordingly, in 2024, the Party Committee of the Lao Dong Newspaper led and directed the agency and its branches to well implement the Party's regulations and the Party Committee's working regulations for the 2020-2025 term. Political and ideological education for all Party members, officials and employees in the entire agency was well implemented, and no Party organization or Party member was warned or disciplined.

The Lao Dong Newspaper has carried out well the political tasks assigned by the superior agency, without making any mistakes on the newspaper. It has carried out many social programs behind the newspaper, creating a lot of buzz, contributing to raising the position of the Newspaper.

The lives of cadres, civil servants and workers in the entire agency are guaranteed. The political theory level of party members and civil servants is increasingly improved. The process of cadre planning, appointment and reappointment of cadres is implemented in accordance with regulations.

Mr. Bui Thanh Liem said that the outstanding results achieved this year were thanks to the solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee from the viewpoint of leadership and high determination in organization and implementation, and the efforts of each member of the Party Executive Committee and Editorial Board.

The proactiveness and positivity of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission in its advisory work and the efforts of the staff in charge of inspection and supervision have helped to ensure that the inspection and supervision work is carried out with quality and effectiveness.

Strengthen training and fostering to improve the quality of cadres and party members, especially reporters and editors. Aim to build a team of civil servants and workers with basic knowledge and foundation in technology and digital transformation to serve new requirements and tasks.

Speaking at the conference's conclusion, Party Secretary and Editor-in-Chief of the Lao Dong Newspaper, To Dinh Tuan, said that the Lao Dong Newspaper had gone through 2024 with many difficulties, even fierce ones, due to the impact of the world and domestic situation.

According to Mr. To Dinh Tuan, overcoming the difficulties and challenges in 2024 is thanks to the work of forecasting the situation, the arrangement, calculation and careful preparation in advance by the Party Committee and the Editorial Board of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper . Along with that is the solidarity, cohesion, consensus, determination, and willingness to support each other in work among departments, officers, employees and reporters of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.

Mr. To Dinh Tuan also reviewed the highlights of the Newspaper Nguoi Lao Dong . Accordingly, the work of developing the Party is focused. From about 40 party members at the beginning of the term, up to now, the entire Party Committee of the Newspaper Nguoi Lao Dong has 70 party members. The quality of party members has been improved every year.
