The Provincial People's Committee requested agencies, units and localities to closely link the work of ensuring traffic order and safety with the theme "Safe journey, creating the future". In particular, focusing on strengthening inspection and urging the implementation of the direction of all levels on ensuring traffic order and safety; participating in building and perfecting institutions, mechanisms, legal policies and regulations related to ensuring traffic order and safety; ensuring the progress and quality of important traffic infrastructure investment projects; thoroughly handling traffic accident-prone points and potential traffic accident points; preventing and promptly handling encroachment on road traffic safety corridors; improving the quality of technical safety and environmental protection of means of transport. At the same time, proactively and persistently building a culture of safe traffic, innovating propaganda, dissemination and education of laws; continue to improve the capacity, efficiency, effectiveness of management and operation in ensuring traffic order and safety and improve the capacity of rescue, treatment of victims and overcoming the consequences of traffic accidents... Thereby, striving to control and reduce traffic accidents, build a culture of safe traffic; not allowing traffic congestion to occur on main traffic routes and key traffic hubs in the province./.
