On April 3, Comrade Vi Ngoc Bich, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, attended a Party cell meeting in Khui Luong village, Vo Ngai commune, Binh Lieu district. Also attending was Comrade Do Ngoc Nam, Secretary of the District Party Committee.

The Party cell of Khui Luong village, Vo Ngai commune has 13 party members (including 1 party member exempted from party activities). The whole village has 72 households with 353 people, 100% of whom are Dao Thanh Y ethnic people, of which the village has 4 poor households and 11 near-poor households. In the past time, the Party cell has always closely followed the guiding documents of the Vo Ngai commune Party Committee, promoted the core role of leading the Party cell, mass organizations, and mobilized party members and people to enthusiastically compete in labor production and economic development. Party members and people trust the leadership of the Party cell; people join hands and agree to well implement campaigns and emulation movements, actively work in production; social order and safety are ensured; associations and mass organizations operate effectively.

At the meeting, the Party Cell reviewed some information in the Party Cell Newsletter of the province and district and documents and materials serving the leadership and direction of the grassroots Party organizations; evaluated the results of the implementation of tasks in March, and discussed the key directions and tasks for April 2025. In a democratic and frank atmosphere, Party members discussed and contributed ideas to build the Party Cell's Resolution on tasks and solutions in Party building, socio-economic development, and ensuring security and order in villages and hamlets.

Speaking to the party members at the meeting, Comrade Vi Ngoc Bich, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, highly appreciated the achievements of the Khui Luong Village Party Cell in the past time. He hoped that in the coming time, the Khui Luong Village Party Cell would be proactive, focus on research, and contribute more opinions to the contents of the Party Cell's activities. At the same time, direct and support the people in implementing socio-economic development in the village.
