Implementing the Central Committee's regulations on superior Party committees attending Party activities at grassroots Party cells, on the afternoon of April 3, Comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee attended the regular Party cell meeting in April 2025 at the Party cell of the Dong Trieu City Construction Investment Project Management Board.

The Party Cell of the Dong Trieu City Construction Investment Project Management Board currently has 20 Party members. At the meeting, the Party Cell focused on the following contents: Informing about new policies and documents of the Party, the State, Party committees, Party organizations and the government; assessing the implementation of the Party Cell's political tasks in March and the first quarter of 2025. Accordingly, the Party Cell has led Party members, civil servants and employees to well implement the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's policies and laws; enhancing the sense of responsibility to contribute to the successful completion of the agency's tasks; disbursement of public investment capital in 2025 as of March 30 was 42.8 billion VND, reaching 12.7%. Regarding construction implementation, 11 projects have been completed and put into use; 28 projects are being implemented on schedule. The Party Cell has led and directed the Trade Union and Youth Union to build a strong organization, perform well its functions and tasks; promote the ownership of civil servants and workers, promote emulation movements, and effectively carry out assigned tasks.

Through discussion, party members in the Party cell contributed many ideas to carry out the Party cell's tasks in April and the second quarter of 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, acknowledged and commended the democratic, objective and enthusiastic spirit of the regular Party cell meeting of the Dong Trieu City Construction Investment Project Management Board Party Cell. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, he requested: The Party cell needs to focus on thoroughly grasping the policies of the Central and the province on reorganizing the apparatus; doing a good job of ideological work for Party members, civil servants and employees in the agency; reviewing the entire public investment plan for 2025; reviewing and accelerating the progress of payment and settlement of projects; for ongoing projects, agree with contractors to determine a specific schedule, take advantage of favorable weather to accelerate progress to ensure time and quality; select contractors with sufficient capacity to implement new projects; strengthen proposals to the City People's Committee on coordination with units in site clearance and capital allocation according to project progress.
