Promoting the tradition of "Loyalty - Discipline - Intelligence - Efficiency" of the Cyberspace Operations Force, in the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Center 586 led the unit to overcome all difficulties, rise to master modern weapons and equipment, organize and successfully complete the tasks of cyberspace operations, information operations, training, combat readiness, and participate in firmly protecting national sovereignty in cyberspace.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quang Huy, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Center 586, on behalf of the Party Committee and command of the Center, reported to Uncle Ho the achievements of the Party Committee of Center 586 during the 2020-2025 term.

The outstanding features of the leadership are: The Party Committee of the Center always thoroughly grasps and strictly implements the resolutions, directives and orders from above, and sets out many policies and measures to comprehensively lead all aspects of the Center's work. The leadership strictly maintains the combat readiness regime to ensure absolute safety during holidays, Tet, and political events of the Party, State and Army. Manages and grasps the situation, promptly advises and proposes effective solutions to handle situations in cyberspace, avoiding being passive or surprised.

The delegates solemnly reported their achievements to Uncle Ho.

The work of building a politically strong Central Party Committee has been focused on, with good training and raising awareness among cadres and party members about the Party's policies, guidelines and viewpoints. There have been many innovations in leadership style, working methods of Party committees, Party organizations and cadres in charge, leading and commanding at all levels.

In recognition of its achievements, Center 586 was awarded the Third Class Fatherland Protection Medal by the President in 2023; the Emulation Flag by the Prime Minister in 2023; the Emulation Flag by the Minister of National Defense in 2022; the Emulation Flag by the Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army in 2022; and the Center's Party Committee achieved excellent completion of its tasks in 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

The delegation offered flowers in memory and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the cadres and party members of Center 586 expressed their determination to continue to strictly implement the resolutions, directives, regulations, rules and conclusions of the Party; unite and unify to perform well all assigned tasks, first of all, successfully organize the 2nd Party Congress of the Center, ensuring proper procedures and principles; wisely select comrades who meet the standards, ensuring the quantity, quality and structure to participate in the new Party Executive Committee and the delegation to attend the 2nd Congress of the Party Delegates of Command 86, term 2025 - 2030.

During the ceremony to report achievements to Uncle Ho, the delegation listened to President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation, through which each soldier expressed his determination to study and follow Uncle Ho's teachings, striving to achieve high achievements in work. The delegation respectfully offered flowers in memory and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
