The incident happened at a small noodle shop in Zhengzhou, Henan (China). According to the viral video, the shop owner held the bill and filmed a woman eating with 5 children and another adult. The group only ordered a bowl of noodles for 15 yuan (55,000 VND), then took advantage of the shop's promotion to ask for more noodles twice.

When the woman asked for more for the third time, the owner refused. Unsatisfied, the customer immediately went to the online sales platform to give the restaurant a 1-star review. When the owner learned of the incident, he angrily recorded a video and posted it online, asking the community to “arbitrate”.

Not giving up, the woman accused the restaurant of “false advertising”. The two sides exchanged words, making the incident even more noticeable.

According to Sohu , the noodle shop is about 50 square meters wide, with a sign in front of the door: "One person gets full - more noodles for free". The original idea was a promotion to keep customers, but the next day, they encountered a group of 7 people who only bought one serving of noodles, and asked for more twice. When the third time was refused, they fought back with a bad review.

At 15 yuan per bowl, minus the cost of premises, ingredients and labor, the profit is not much, the owner said. Many netizens sympathized with the owner, saying that adding noodles twice is too generous, the restaurant is not doing charity.

However, some opinions said that the restaurant owner was hasty. Looking closely at the bill, the group of customers, in addition to 2 bowls of noodles, also ordered 2 cold dishes, a portion of beef tripe and a few free grilled meat skewers from the group purchase package, totaling more than 61 yuan (more than 200,000 VND).

A bowl of noodles usually only costs about 2 yuan (over 7,000 dong) for ingredients, so feeding 3 bowls won’t be a big loss. However, making a fuss will affect the restaurant’s image. Some people advise the restaurant to clearly state “free noodles for one meal/one person” to avoid being taken advantage of.

For the woman, bringing 5 children to eat a bowl of noodles together not only causes controversy about hygiene, but also raises educational issues. Parents are the role models for their children, and the act of “cheating” a few coins can cause children to form distorted thinking.

Business savvy people say that from a livelihood perspective, the restaurant needs to survive. Any free program has its limits, you can’t pay for one meal and expect 7 people to be full. The incident is still causing controversy on social media.

Going to a buffet, 2 women sat from noon to night, hiding 20kg of meat in their backpacks CHINA - Buffet, a "culinary paradise" with a rich menu, is an experience that excites many diners. However, when greed exceeds the limits of ethics and regulations, funny stories happen.
