- The Party Committee of HUD Corporation is a grassroots Party Committee directly under the Party Committee of the Central Enterprise Bloc, with many Party members and grassroots Party organizations located in many localities across the country. With such characteristics, how are the preparations for Party congresses at all levels leading up to the 6th Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of HUD Corporation being carried out, sir?

Implementing the documents of the Politburo, the Central Organizing Committee and the Central Enterprise Party Committee on the organization of party congresses at all levels, on October 4, 2024, the Party Committee of HUD Corporation issued Plan No. 2106-KH/DU on organizing party congresses at all levels towards the 6th Congress of Party Delegates of HUD Corporation (term 2025 - 2030).

Accordingly, the congresses of affiliated party cells and grassroots party cells and party committees under the HUD Party Committee will focus on summarizing the implementation of the previous term's resolution, determining the direction and tasks for the upcoming term; discussing and contributing to the draft documents of the higher-level party congress; electing the executive committee, secretary, deputy secretary for the next term and electing the delegation to attend the 6th Congress of HUD Corporation Party Committee (term 2025 - 2030).

Up to this point, the guidelines on organizing the congress such as drafting documents, standard conditions for personnel, election of Party committees, logistics for serving the congress... have been mentioned in great detail in Plan 2106-KH/DU, and have been disseminated to Party cells, serving as a basis for implementation.

According to the plan, the congresses of the Party Committees and grassroots Party cells under the Party Committee of HUD Corporation will start from April 2025 and end before April 30, 2025. For the Party cells under the Party Committee of HUD Corporation, the congresses will start from February 2025 and be completed before March 31, 2025.

- How does the Party Committee of HUD Corporation direct and orient the holding of model congresses to draw experience in organizing, drafting documents, preparing party committee personnel, etc. to serve party congresses at all levels in the corporation?

We have considered and decided to choose the Party Committee of Tam Dao Investment Joint Stock Company (the grassroots party committee) to organize a model congress in January 2025. The Party Congress of Tam Dao Investment Joint Stock Company for the 2020 - 2025 term has also been trusted by the Party Committee of HUD Corporation, and selected to organize a model congress to directly elect the secretary at the congress.

Up to this point, the Party Committee has sent relevant documents (report on congress preparations, documents expected to be submitted to the congress, and a proposal for personnel to be elected at the congress) to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of HUD Corporation for consideration before holding the congress in accordance with regulations.

According to the plan, at the model congress of the Party Committee of Tam Dao Investment Joint Stock Company, we will invite party organizations in the Party Committee of HUD Corporation to attend to learn from the experience of the order and method of organizing a congress in a party organization, thereby contributing to the successful organization of party congresses at all levels in the Party Committee of the corporation.

On January 17, 2025, the Party Committee of Tam Dao Investment Joint Stock Company (under the Party Committee of HUD Corporation) will hold a model congress.

- Could you tell us the plan and schedule for the 6th Congress of HUD Corporation Party Committee?

The 6th Congress of the Party Committee of HUD Corporation (term 2025 - 2030) is expected to be held from July 2025 to August 2025. To move towards the Congress of the Party Committee of HUD Corporation, based on Plan 2106-KH/DU, we have specified the responsibilities and tasks to be done from now until the time of the congress.

Specifically, the Party Committee of the Corporation, the working groups of the Party Committee of the Corporation and the advisory bodies of the Party Committee of the HUD Corporation - who, which department does what, and when it will be completed are all very clear and detailed. According to the plan, before June 1, the Party Committee of the HUD Corporation will report to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc on the draft Political Report; Review Report of the Executive Committee; Personnel Plan of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Party Committee Inspection Committee for the term 2025 - 2030 and other important contents serving the congress...

After receiving the approval of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, the 6th Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of HUD Corporation will be held.
