Talking to Tien Phong reporter, Mr. Nguyen Hai Tu, Vice Chairman of Hoang Liet Ward People's Committee (Hoang Mai District) said that the ward has announced the clearance of car parking lots and tents at land lots TH3 and NT3 of Linh Dam Lake general service and housing area (next to HH Linh Dam apartment complex - PV) to invest in building a kindergarten and primary school.

Vice Chairman of Hoang Liet Ward People's Committee said that currently, the project site is being used by some individuals and organizations for purposes of parking vehicles and illegal business services, which is against regulations, affecting the investment preparation process of the project.

“Therefore, in order for the project to build a primary school and a kindergarten at plots TH3 and NT3 of Linh Dam Lake's general service and housing area to be implemented on schedule, contributing to ensuring the local school needs, the Ward People's Committee will coordinate with the Housing and Urban Development Corporation HUD to carry out site clearance at the plot, expected to be completed before December 20,” informed Mr. Nguyen Hai Tu.

According to the reporter's records, on December 13, the functional forces of Hoang Liet ward set up a barrier in front of the entrance gate to the project land, instructing people not to let cars park inside.

The authorities also requested individuals and organizations that are parking vehicles and assets at plots TH3 and NT3 to quickly move out of the project site. At the same time, they are required to propagate and mobilize residents of the apartment complex who have cars parked in the plots to move out of the plots, find suitable locations to park their vehicles, and ensure the handover of the site to the investor to build the school according to the approved schedule.

According to records, there are still about 80 cars parked inside the land, and the tents have not been dismantled or relocated.

These two plots of land have a planned area of ​​1.084 hectares, located near the Hoang Mai District Cultural, Information and Sports Center and next to the HH Linh Dam apartment complex. Accordingly, the primary school has a training scale of 880 students, the kindergarten trains 420 students, expected to be completed and put into use in March 2026.

In this area, in recent years, a huge illegal parking lot has been formed while the need for a school here is very urgent. Because Hoang Liet ward is among the wards with the largest number of students in the capital.
