On November 15, Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi chaired a conference to announce the Decision to appoint the Chairman of the Board of Members (BOD) of the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD).

According to the decision, Mr. Dau Minh Thanh - Chief of Office of the Ministry of Construction - will take up the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of HUD, starting from November 15. Before becoming Chairman of the Board of Directors of HUD, Mr. Thanh had a period of holding the position of Director of the Department of Enterprise Management (Ministry of Construction).

Speaking at the conference, Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi said that this appointment aims to perfect the leadership apparatus of HUD.

Previously, in September, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed decisions to appoint two Deputy Ministers of Construction.

Specifically, according to Decision No. 959/QD-TTg, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Housing and Urban Development Corporation - HUD (Ministry of Construction) - was appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Construction.

Mr. Pham Minh Ha - Director of the State Appraisal Department of Construction Quality (Ministry of Construction) - was appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Construction.
