The program "The Fatherland's Gratitude" is an annual activity organized by the Military Radio and Television Center on the occasion of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day. In 2025, the program will be held at the National Martyrs' Cemetery on Road 9, the resting place of more than 10,800 heroic martyrs, to express gratitude and honor the great contributions of generations of fathers and brothers who fought and sacrificed for the revolutionary cause of the Party, for national independence, the happiness of the people and fulfilled their noble international obligations. Through the program, it contributes to widely promoting the tradition of patriotism, the morality of "remembering the source of water when drinking", the noble gesture of "repaying gratitude" of the Vietnamese people.

The organizers of the program "The Fatherland's Gratitude" and delegates offered flowers and incense to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs.

The program began with a solemn and respectful incense offering and candle lighting ceremony. In the echoes of the sacred spirit of the mountains and rivers, thousands of candles and incense sticks were lit on the graves as a deep gratitude from today's generation to the heroic martyrs.

The program was held at the National Martyrs Cemetery on Route 9.

Next, the delegates and audience attending the program truly felt the emotions of respect and gratitude when immersing themselves in the unique artistic space. Interspersed between the artistic performances by artists and singers were emotional conversations between the exchange guests who were historical witnesses, outstanding officers and soldiers currently working at a number of agencies and units in the entire army and representatives of the younger generation.

Each story and memory shared at the program is not only a tribute to and gratitude for the heroic martyrs, but also a reminder for today's generation to always cherish the value of peace , freedom, independence, and live worthy of the noble sacrifices and great contributions of the previous generation.

At the program, the Organizing Committee and accompanying units presented many practical and meaningful gifts to martyrs' relatives, families with meritorious services, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Agent Orange victims, the Martyrs' Remains Collection Team of Division 968 (Military Region 4) and the Management Board of the National Martyrs' Cemetery on Road 9.
