Specifically, the Press Department has just fined the Finance and Life Electronic Magazine, head office address: 81/10B Ho Van Hue, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, VND 45 million for not performing the following acts: not in accordance with the principles and purposes stated in the Electronic Newspaper Operation License No. 382/GP-BTTTT dated August 7, 2017 issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications .

Violations causing less serious impacts as prescribed in: Point e, Clause 4, Article 8, Decree No. 119/2020/ND-CP (amended according to Point c, Clause 10, Article 2, Decree No. 14/2022/ND-CP dated January 27, 2022 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 15/2020/ND-CP dated February 3, 2020 of the Government stipulating sanctions for administrative violations in the fields of post, telecommunications, radio frequencies, information technology and electronic transactions and Decree No. 119/2020/ND-CP dated October 7, 2020 of the Government stipulating sanctions for administrative violations in press and publishing activities).
