At the program, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Khuyen, Chief of Dai Phuoc Commune Police, said: Building a movement must first and foremost be for the benefit of the people, stemming from the requirements of people's lives. Therefore, the police force needs to closely coordinate with sectors and organizations, linking the movement with campaigns and socio -economic development programs; it is necessary to integrate this movement with campaigns, revolutionary movements, economic, cultural and social development programs of the Party, State, sectors, organizations and localities. At the same time, it is necessary to promote the core, pioneering and proactive role, build plans to ensure security and order, promote the strength of the entire people, and gradually build a solid people's security posture.

On this occasion, the organizing committee commended many outstanding collectives and individuals and presented gifts to disadvantaged people in the commune.
