Outstanding achievements

The Political Report for the 2025 - 2030 term of the Tan Ky Commune Party Committee stated: After being established on the basis of merging 4 administrative units (Ky Tan, Nghia Dung, Ky Son and Tan Ky town), Tan Ky commune became one of the large-scale administrative units. The whole commune currently has 25 blocks and hamlets; natural area of ​​116.5 km²; population of nearly 33,000 people; 65 grassroots Party organizations with more than 2,000 party members.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, in the context of many common difficulties, Tan Ky commune still made its mark with outstanding achievements. The economy maintained a fairly good growth rate, per capita income increased rapidly, reaching a level higher than the target set by the Resolution.

Total social investment capital is estimated at about 2,500 billion VND. Economic and social infrastructure is invested synchronously, many key projects are completed, practically serving the development and people's lives.

The Congress set specific targets for 2030: Average economic growth rate of 11 - 12%/year; Average income per capita of 100 - 110 million VND; Poverty rate reduced by 0.1 - 0.2%/year; Forest coverage of 45%. Over 96% of the population participating in health insurance.

The commune strives to have 4-6 more OCOP products meeting 3-star standards or higher, the rate of commune-level roads being paved is over 95%, and meeting new rural standards by the end of the term.

Care for people's lives

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department acknowledged and highly appreciated the important achievements that the Party Committee, Government and People of Tan Ky commune have achieved in the past term.

At the same time, comrade Ngoc Kim Nam emphasized that, in the face of new development requirements, Tan Ky commune needs to strongly promote the tradition of solidarity, the aspiration to rise up, and concretize the Party's policies and resolutions into practical and effective actions.

Tan Ky Commune Party Committee needs to continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; build a strong political system, taking the satisfaction and consensus of the people as a measure. At the same time, proactively innovate leadership methods, promote administrative reform, apply science and technology and digital transformation in all fields.

In particular, the commune must promote its agricultural advantages, exploit the economic potential of the hills and forests, and develop large-scale commodity production models associated with processing and consumption. The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department also requested the commune to focus on socio-economic development planning, while at the same time paying attention to the cultural, spiritual, educational and medical life of the people.

An important highlight is to strengthen national defense and security, maintain social order and safety, build great national unity and promote the supervisory role of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations.

The Congress approved the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee of Tan Ky commune for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 23 comrades, the Party Standing Committee of the commune, consisting of 10 comrades, and the Party Inspection Committee of the commune, consisting of 5 comrades.

Delegates unanimously approved the full text of the Congress Resolution, demonstrating political determination to put the resolution into practice.
