Efforts to 'finish' on schedule

Provincial Police shock team supports people in carrying out administrative procedures in Cao Minh commune.

Implementing the direction of the Party Committee and the leadership of Thai Nguyen Provincial Police on enhancing the effectiveness of Project 06, contributing to promoting comprehensive digital transformation, the Youth Union members and women's union members of the Provincial Police have simultaneously launched a campaign to support Project 06. In particular, the focus is on remote areas, remote areas, and ethnic minority areas across the province.

With the motto of action "Creativity - Responsibility - Cooperation", the campaign demonstrates the spirit of initiative and vanguard of the youth and women of the Provincial Police in joining hands with the grassroots forces to solve difficulties and problems in implementing essential public services to serve the people.

Immediately after launching, the Provincial Police established mobile shock teams to support the implementation of Project 06, consisting of officers and soldiers who had worked at the grassroots level, had good technology skills, and were trained and fully equipped with professional knowledge and practical skills.

The groups focus on supporting people to implement key contents in Project 06, such as: Activating level 2 electronic identification; integrating electronic health books and digital signatures into identification accounts; issuing citizen identification cards to children under 6 years old; propaganda, communication and social security support to raise awareness and create consensus in the community.

From August 4 to 14, 2025, the shock team organized 2 concentrated activities in Hiep Luc commune and Cao Minh commune; deployed 10 mobile teams with 45 members to support the northern communes in supporting people. Supported level 2 electronic identification for 534 cases; installed digital signatures for 342 cases; integrated health insurance cards for 403 cases; integrated vehicle registration and driver's licenses for 201 cases and supported the collection of ID documents for 422 cases.

In Cao Minh commune, we witnessed the serious and dedicated working spirit of the members of the working group in guiding people, especially the elderly and ethnic minorities, to implement the contents of Project 06. The spirit was promoted by localities and shock groups, towards the goal of 'finishing' on schedule.

Visit and give gifts to Mr. Ly Van Minh, Coc Nghe village.

Along with activities to support people with administrative procedures, on August 14, 2025, the Youth Union and Women's Union of the Provincial Police organized activities to visit and present gifts to 3 individuals who are participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level, namely Mr. Ly Van Sinh (Nam Dam village), Mr. Ly Van Minh (Coc Nghe village) and Mr. Sung A Dau (Coc Not village), of Cao Minh commune. The above individuals all have extremely difficult family circumstances, but are always dedicated to staying at the grassroots level, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.
