Comrade Nguyen Viet Cuong - Vice Chairman of Tay Ho Ward People's Committee said that in order to promptly support people to proficiently use the operations of entering records on the National Public Service Portal, Tay Ho Ward People's Committee has directed functional units to develop a handbook to guide people and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures.
Tay Ho Ward launched the handbook on Instructions for implementing administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal.
“In this handbook, people will be guided through the process, steps to implement and resolve administrative procedures in areas such as: Electronic certification; Issuing copies of household registration extracts (birth, death, marriage); Confirming marital status; Birth registration (Connecting birth registration - Permanent residence - Health insurance); Marriage registration” - Vice Chairman of Tay Ho Ward People's Committee Nguyen Viet Cuong emphasized.
The above handbook will be printed and provided to community digital transformation teams, public administrative service points, digital literacy points, etc. to guide people in handling all administrative procedures quickly and accurately.
Tay Ho Ward builds leaflets with instructions on how to carry out administrative procedures.
In addition, the FDF files of the handbook will be provided on zalo groups, social networks... of residential groups and residential areas so that people can monitor and perform operations on the National Public Service Portal themselves when necessary.
It is known that, in order to effectively implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on "Breakthrough in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation" and Directive No. 11/CT-UBND dated July 24, 2025 of the Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee, Tay Ho ward has established 96 points to support people in digital transformation, performing administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal and other applications.
Of which, 96 "Mobile Popular Education" points of 67 residential groups, 15 public schools, 5 medical stations, 9 cultural houses in the area; 4 "Mobile Public Administration Service" points.
As of August 19, the points have supported 12,767 people to install and instruct them on how to use information technology application software to serve their daily lives such as iHanoi, digital signature, eTax Mobile. There were 397 citizens supported at 9 "Mobile Public Administration Service" points. Of which, 32 people were instructed to enter administrative procedure records on the National Public Service Portal; 397 people were installed with digital applications such as iHanoi, digital signature, eTax Mobile, etc.
