In Group A, after the last two matches of the group stage, both matches between U.13 Becamex Binh Duong and U.13 SLNA and U.13 Binh Duong and U.13 PVF ended with a score of 0-0.

This result helped SLNA win first place in the table with 7 points, U.13 PVF second place with 4 points.

In Group B, with a 2-0 victory over VES Ba Ria - Vung Tau , U.13 SHB Da Nang finished the group stage with 7 points. Meanwhile, Haduwaco Hai Duong won second place with 4 points after a 3-0 victory over U.13 Hue.
