Báo Thanh niênBáo Thanh niên29/11/2023

Tu Vi revealed that as soon as she accepted to participate in the singing program , she built a heart-healthy diet such as: using protein sources from salmon, chicken... eating brown rice to provide enough energy when practicing high - intensity choreography; adding green vegetables and water to increase vitamins and minerals. In particular, Tu Vi pays attention to processing ingredients such as cooking oil because the actress believes that this is a daily cooking ingredient, a source of fat that directly affects health.

The beauty born in 1986 also said that her strength is not singing, so she must have good physical strength to keep her breath stable and her voice not out of tune when hitting high notes.

"Nutrition also plays an important role in the breath. Singers must be in good health and have a strong heart to have a high and clear voice," Tu Vi shared.

Tu Vi builds a heart-healthy diet to ensure physical strength and singing voice in the competition.

Previously, actresses often only invested in costumes and cosmetics and forgot about eating. Only now has she noticed a difference in her physical strength and energy since focusing more on her diet. This has helped Tu Vi easily overcome her exercises. The beauty not only carefully chooses her food sources but also pays attention to the spices and cooking ingredients, especially cooking oil.

Tu Vi chose to use Simply soybean oil and brown rice oil because they are rich in Omega 3,6,9 and Gamma Oryzanol, which are recommended by the Vietnam Cardiology Association for being good for heart health. "Good heart health helps you feel more confident and calm when facing difficult challenges," the actress said.

Like Tu Vi, to achieve the best health when entering the competition, Phuong Vy lost 5kg in two weeks thanks to persistent training and maintaining a balanced diet. She also focused on sleep and spirit.

The Vietnam Idol champion revealed that she is not too abstinent, still eating rice, pho... in a controlled manner, but is more concerned about the food sources she puts into her body. Every day she drinks at least 2 liters of filtered water and eats a lot of fresh fruit. In particular, instead of abstaining and completely cutting fat out of her diet like many people do, she chooses and replaces it with a source of fat that is beneficial to the body because this is a group of essential substances that help dissolve vitamins and provide energy for the body. Specifically, instead of animal fat, Phuong Vy uses vegetable cooking oil with heart-healthy ingredients such as soybean oil and Simply brown rice oil when cooking; dishes made from food sources rich in omega 3-6-9 such as salmon, cauliflower, chia seeds... are also emphasized. According to the female singer, besides protein, starch and vitamins, fat belongs to 4 important groups of substances, helping her body have enough energy to perform long exercises.

Phuong Vy also shared that she used to suffer from the "disease" of calculating when going shopping just because she felt sorry for a few thousand or was interested in promotional products. But then she realized that balancing spending is a difficult problem, calculating too much can cause "more harm than good" without realizing it. So Phuong Vy determined to "spend wisely" on "health investment" categories, especially heart health. A healthy heart will help the whole family prevent the risk of cardiovascular disease, have a positive source of energy to devote themselves to their passions", Phuong Vy shared.

Phuong Vy focuses on the fat group, prioritizing the type with ingredients that are good for heart health.

Phuong Vy also said that she often cooks fried and stir-fried dishes with soybean oil and Simply brown rice oil. The pure cooking oil contains many nutrients such as Omega 3,6,9 and Gamma Oryzanol, which help reduce bad cholesterol and protect the heart health of the whole family.
