For teacher training majors, Hong Duc University only considers candidates with permanent residence in Thanh Hoa according to the quota assigned by the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to train teachers according to Decree No. 116/2020/ND-CP.

The score for admission is the total score of 3 subjects in all groups (without coefficient, no subject in the admission group has a result of 1.0 point or less) plus regional and subject priority points (if any).
