In the 44th minute of the match between CAHN and BG Pathum in the 2025/26 Southeast Asian Club Cup, when the score was 1-0 in favor of the away team, Mateus Fornazari of BG Pathum had a very strong collision with Bui Hoang Viet Anh. The BG Pathum player kicked high and hit the Vietnamese player straight in the face, causing the defender wearing the number 68 shirt to collapse on the field in pain. The referee immediately showed a red card to the home team player.
CAHN 's medical team quickly entered the field to provide first aid and bandage Viet Anh. The image of the center back wearing the number 68 shirt with a red bandage around his head, fighting with all his might in pain, received applause from the audience.
