
From September 1 to September 30, 2024, Hotline 1022 received 1,382 information, feedback and recommendations from citizens and businesses. Of which, citizens and businesses made 316 calls via hotline 0235.1022, interacting via channels 1022 including: Email (14 calls), Facebook (161 calls), Zalo (106 calls), Website, App (39 calls), Chatbot (746 calls). All 1,382 feedbacks and 10 recommendations were transferred to departments and branches for processing, reaching 100%.
Organizations and citizens calling the 1022 hotline the most are related to instructions on handling administrative procedures, investment incentives and policies of the province, industrial parks; information on tourism; issues arising in the fields of economy - culture - society, national defense - security and order in the province; troubleshooting technical infrastructure, public services such as: information on enrollment, traffic, water supply and drainage, lighting, urban environment, waste treatment, healthcare, insurance, social security, food safety and hygiene, environment, construction, public transport, freight transport, weather information, etc.
