Photo exhibition "The life and career of the great President Ho Chi Minh"

On the morning of September 10, Ho Chi Minh Museum - Binh Thuan Branch and the Provincial Library organized the opening ceremony of the photo exhibition "The life and career of the great President Ho Chi Minh" at Le Van Tam Secondary School (Tuy Phong).

The organizers presented 8 sets of books about Uncle Ho to schools.

Attending the event were leaders of the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Binh Thuan Branch, the Provincial Library, professional departments of Tuy Phong district and more than 1,500 students and teachers of Le Van Tam Secondary School. The exhibition will take place from now until September 12, in celebration of the 79th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024).

Students look at documentary pictures about Uncle Ho.

The exhibition displays more than 130 black and white and color photos, including documentary photos, news photos introducing images of daily life, simple moments during his lifetime; life and career; memorabilia of President Ho Chi Minh... These are precious images that demonstrate his simple, honest life, close to the people, respect for the people, full of love for people, labor and nature.

In addition, the exhibition also introduces images of Mr. Truong Gia Mo, who introduced teacher Nguyen Tat Thanh to teach at Duc Thanh School in Phan Thiet in 1910. The exhibition booth displays documentary photos of "Phan Thiet in the past" and art photos of Binh Thuan province in general and Tuy Phong district in particular.

Students received gifts from the photo exhibition organizers.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee brought a mobile library to serve students reading, and also awarded 15 scholarships and 8 sets of books about Uncle Ho to primary and secondary schools in Tuy Phong.

The activity helps people, especially the younger generation, have the opportunity to access many valuable documents and artifacts to learn and feel more deeply about the character, courage, and simple but noble life of President Ho Chi Minh; showing respect, gratitude and pride in his life and career. From there, educating students about the morality and personality of Uncle Ho. Each teacher sets a good example, creating a favorable environment to help students strive to excel in their studies and self-cultivation. This is also an opportunity to encourage cadres, soldiers, and people of all walks of life to actively promote the effective implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
