Implementing Resolution No. 03 dated February 20, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Dong Thap province, the functions and tasks of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors assigned to preside over the implementation in Plan No. 332 dated October 17, 2023 of the Working Group of Project 06 of the province on the implementation of 40 pilot models of Project 06 in the province have changed.

To ensure that the implementation of pilot models of Project 06 in the province is not interrupted, the Provincial People's Committee assigned provincial departments, branches and sectors to take charge of implementing pilot models of Project 06.

Specifically, the Provincial Police continue to take the lead in advising on the implementation of 7 models: Deploying online public service provision on VneID; Deploying a platform for managing accommodation at motels, hotels, guesthouses, and public housing in the province; Ensuring conditions for digital citizens in the province; Deploying crime reporting via the VneID application; Deploying policy propaganda and legal support via the VNeID and Call Center applications; Digitizing data creation on the national population database platform to serve administrative procedure reform in the province; Analyzing the population situation in the area.

At the same time, the Provincial Police received 3 more models from departments and branches including: "Issuing Criminal Records on VNeID" from the Department of Justice; "Deploying equipment to monitor driving tests and exams" from the Department of Construction (formerly the Department of Transport); "Provincial SOC Cyber ​​Security Monitoring Center" from the Department of Science and Technology (formerly the Department of Information and Communications).

The Department of Science and Technology presides over the implementation of 4 models previously deployed by the Department of Information and Communications, including: Building at least 20 public services that do not use paper records; Storing and certifying electronic documents; Standardizing centralized authentication (SSO); Provincial data integration and sharing platform (LGSP); reducing 3 models due to transferring to the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism and the Provincial Police.

The Department of Health continues to preside over the implementation of 4 models according to Plan No. 332 dated October 17, 2023 of the Working Group of Project 06 provinces, including: Medical examination and treatment using QR code of CCCD card and VneID; Medical examination and treatment using biometrics, self-service KIOSK; Deploying a platform for managing accommodation at medical examination and treatment facilities; Deploying the integration of information on Electronic Health Book. At the same time, co-chairing a model with the Department of Home Affairs, which is "Managing social security programs through VneID". The Department of Home Affairs also received and presided over the implementation of the model "Analysis of the labor situation" previously implemented by the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.

The Department of Justice continues to preside over the implementation of the model "Deployment at notary and certification points", reducing 1 model due to transferring to the Provincial Police Department for implementation. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism continues to preside over the implementation of the model "Deploying AI Cameras to control entry and exit at tourist areas" and receives 2 models: "Internal communication for all civil servants and public employees of State agencies" and "Policy communication through LED systems, Panos, Posters, Grassroots radio, Local television, smart radio systems, digital platforms" from the Department of Science and Technology (formerly the Department of Information and Communications).

The Department of Construction received and took the lead in implementing a pilot model previously implemented by the Department of Transport, which was “Implementing the use of chip-based ID cards to pay for train and bus tickets, etc. without using cash”. The Department of Education and Training continued to implement a model of “Implementing a school management system”.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment continues to implement a model previously implemented by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, which is "Managing information on land users, house owners, and assets attached to land through the national population database, VneID".

The Department of Industry and Trade continues to advise on the implementation of a model called "Tourism development, associated with the development of regional specialties to support people in applying population data, identification, and electronic authentication in the development of household economy and digital economy".

The Provincial Economic Zone Management Board has temporarily suspended the implementation of the model "Deploying AI Cameras to control entry and exit at industrial parks" due to the lack of a solution to connect AI Cameras with the national database on population and implementation costs.
