At the conference, Comrade Lai Van Hoan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee announced the Prime Minister's decision approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term for Comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

Comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee spoke at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, congratulated comrade Pham Van Nghiem and the collective leadership of the Provincial People's Committee. He highly appreciated the qualifications, capacity and working experience of comrade Pham Van Nghiem; at the same time, he requested comrade Pham Van Nghiem in his new position to continue to make more efforts, actively learn, improve knowledge, and quickly approach the work. Closely coordinate with leaders and members of the Provincial People's Committee; coordinate leadership and direction according to assigned functions and tasks for sectors and localities; comply with the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee to successfully implement the set goals and tasks, especially the tasks within the assigned scope.

He requested the Provincial People's Committee, provincial departments and branches, leaders, cadres and civil servants in the provincial government system to support and assist Comrade Pham Van Nghiem to successfully complete his tasks; at the same time, comply with the leadership and direction of the Provincial People's Committee and individual leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; further enhance responsibility in implementing tasks. Based on the direction of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and localities focus on resolving outstanding problems and focusing on well implementing the tasks and socio-economic development goals set out.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the leaders of the Party building committees of the Provincial Party Committee, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations to support the Provincial People's Committee, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, including comrade Pham Van Nghiem personally, to successfully carry out the common tasks of the province.
