This afternoon, September 30, in Dakrong district, the Organizing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee held a conference to review the Party building work in the third quarter and deploy tasks for the fourth quarter of 2024. In the third quarter of 2024, closely following the content of the work program of the Central Organizing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the district-level Party Committees, and the Organizing Committees of Party Committees at all levels have organized and successfully completed their tasks, making an important contribution to the Party building work of the province. Accordingly, actively advising the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to effectively implement the topics, projects, regulations, directives, and instructions of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; summarizing and concluding major policies and resolutions, and participating in the quality of drafting documents of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and district-level Party Committee's Organizing Committee promptly advised the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, and local Party Committees to specify many documents for implementation; to develop job positions for Party agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations according to central regulations; to comprehensively and synchronously carry out all stages of personnel work to ensure democracy, objectivity, transparency, timeliness, and compliance with procedures and regulations.

Pay attention to consolidating and developing party organizations, party members and socio-political organizations, implementing solutions to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of party organizations, improving the quality of party members; focus on directing the development of party members among high school students.

Actively advise on the implementation of internal political protection work, especially current politics, as well as the implementation of training and personnel policies; deploy and complete regular tasks according to functions and tasks; complete ad hoc tasks as required by the Central Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the District Party Committee.

From now until the end of 2024, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has set out four key tasks on organizational and personnel work; party organization and party member work; internal political protection work; training, personnel policy and synthesis.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee issued regulations on standards for titles and personnel work for party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; regulations on evaluating cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee; decisions approving the list of job positions for the Party bloc, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations at the provincial and district levels; documents of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee directing party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Guide, urge, and appraise the results of the work of reviewing the planning of cadres associated with the preparation of personnel for Party committees at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, personnel for People's Councils and People's Committees at all levels for the 2026-2031 term of agencies and units; the work of reviewing, evaluating and classifying the quality of collectives and individuals under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in 2024.

At the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Phan Van Phung and representatives of the office and departments of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board discussed and answered questions related to professional activities of Party building and organization work and some local issues so that the district-level Party Committee's organization board can perform its tasks well in the coming time.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Phan Van Phung highly appreciated the leaders of the district-level Party Committee's organizing committee for studying and thoroughly grasping the issues arising from the practical difficulties in implementing the central and provincial directives to reflect and discuss at the conference, thereby better performing the assigned tasks.

From now until the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, there is not much time left and the workload is large, so the organizing committee of the district-level Party Committee must promptly update and fully study the central and provincial directive documents to perform well the assigned tasks.
