In the first 3 months of 2025, the total retail sales of goods and consumer services in the province are estimated at VND 8,447.4 billion, up 21.27% over the same period, equal to 26.5% of the plan. Thereby, the first quarter of 2025 reached 104.55% compared to the growth scenario of 8.2% and reached 98.23% compared to the double-digit growth scenario of 10.5%.

In April, Yen Bai strives for total retail sales of goods and service revenue to reach 3,000 billion VND; cumulative 4 months strive to reach 11,447.7 billion VND. Estimated in the second quarter of 2025, it will reach 8,702.6 billion VND; cumulative in the first 6 months of the year is estimated to reach 17,150 billion VND, up 22% over the same period, equal to 53.8% of the yearly plan.
