Since its inception, the movement has quickly spread widely thanks to the close leadership of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the synchronous participation of the political system and the consensus of the people.

By 2024, 96.9% of households in the province will be recognized as "Cultural Families", an increase of 18.7% compared to 2001; 97.9% of villages and areas will be recognized as "Cultural Residential Areas", an increase of 42.4% compared to 2001. This is a testament to the persistence and effectiveness of the movement; at the same time, it reflects a positive change in the awareness and actions of each person and community.

Implementing a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals has had a strong change. Up to now, over 99% of weddings and funerals are organized solemnly, economically, preserving traditional customs; 100% of villages and neighborhoods have issued village conventions and conventions, which have become standards for regulating behavior in the community. Thereby, traditional cultural values ​​are preserved, bad customs are gradually eliminated, contributing to building a civilized and progressive lifestyle.

The movement is implemented in conjunction with the program of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas. Up to now, 100% of the province's communes have met the new rural standards; Quang Ninh has completed the task of building new rural areas by 2024, affirming the synchronous and harmonious development between economic development and culture - society of the province.

Cultural, artistic and sports activities are increasingly developing at the grassroots level; each village and area cultural house has 2-5 clubs that maintain regular activities. The whole province currently has more than 1,000 artistic and sports clubs, popularly: folk dance clubs, volleyball, health care, dancing, badminton, football clubs..., attracting many members to participate.

In the block of agencies, units and enterprises, the movement is implemented in conjunction with building office culture, administrative reform, and improving the quality of service to the people. By the beginning of 2025, the whole province had 1,072 agencies, units and enterprises meeting cultural standards; many models and programs such as "Singing for workers, listening to workers sing", "Cultural and Sports Festival for Workers" have become annual activities, creating a rich spiritual life for workers.

Movements of learning, working and creating are strongly encouraged. Many exemplary families and clans of learning are honored; Quang Ninh students continuously win high prizes in national and international competitions, contributing to improving the quality of local human resources.

The province attaches special importance to the preservation and promotion of traditional cultural values. The whole province currently has over 640 historical-cultural relics and scenic spots, over 360 intangible cultural heritages, of which   There are 3 world heritages: Ha Long Bay; Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac Heritage Complex; Then singing . Linking heritage conservation with tourism development has created a new momentum, both promoting the image of Quang Ninh to the world and bringing practical benefits to the community.

The movement to build a cultural life has been widely deployed, achieving many important and practical results, clearly changing the awareness of Party committees at all levels, authorities, Party members and people of all walks of life. The results achieved have contributed to improving the quality of people's lives, making cultural values ​​deeply ingrained in each person, each family and community; building a healthy cultural environment, creating the foundation for building a good society.
