At the forum, Mr. Duong Duc Lin - Vice Chairman of Tien Phuoc District People's Committee reported on the socio-economic situation, security and defense; work on building a team of cadres, civil servants and public employees; results of administrative procedure reform; work on receiving people, handling petitions, complaints and denunciations in the district in the first 7 months of 2024.

Tien Phuoc currently has 85/91 civil servant positions, of which 36 positions hold leadership positions from deputy department head and above and 49 civil servants. There are 1,044/1,144 civil servant positions, of which 999 are for education and training, 16 are for culture - information - sports and 29 are for other positions.

Giving comments to the staff, civil servants and public employees in the district in general and the three communes of Tien An, Tien Lap and Tien Loc in particular, the people pointed out the positive and negative aspects in the performance of public duties of the agencies, departments and the three communes. Most of them were in the fields of transportation, land management, environmental pollution, policies and regimes, initial medical examination and treatment for the people... Especially the spirit, attitude, responsibility, capacity to perform tasks and serve the people at the commune level.

Mr. Duong Duc Lin acknowledged the sincere and enthusiastic comments of the people. At the same time, he requested the professional agencies of the commune and district to absorb and promptly take measures to overcome the shortcomings and limitations in each field of work; aiming to build a team of professional cadres and civil servants, successfully completing assigned tasks.
