Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong chaired the approval of preparations for the Party Congress of Military Hospital 175.

Attending the conference were Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Ngoc, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army; heads of agencies under the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense ; comrades in the Party Committee and Board of Directors of Military Hospital 175.

The Congress of the Party Committee of Military Hospital 175 for the 2025-2030 term is scheduled to take place on August 7 and 8 with the theme: "Promoting the tradition of a heroic unit, building a clean and strong Party Committee, the hospital becomes a multi-functional, specialized, modern military medical complex, on par with the region and the world". The hospital has identified 9 main target groups to implement in the new term, focusing on innovating processes, improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, striving to become a special-class hospital by the end of the 2025-2030 term.

In the new term, the Hospital has identified 3 strategic breakthroughs, including: Building high-quality human resources with professional working style, foreign language proficiency meeting task requirements, having the ability to access and master new techniques and scientific research, trained both domestically and abroad; Breakthrough in developing specialized and high-tech medical techniques based on existing and future equipment; Promoting breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, administrative reform, institutional work and digital transformation, deploying electronic medical records, applying information technology in all activities of the Hospital.

At the conference, the Chief of the General Staff, agencies under the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense made contributions to the work of completing the political report, determining strategic goals, implementation solutions, human resource development, forecasting the situation associated with the health sector inside and outside the Army... for Military Hospital 175.

Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong highly appreciated the preparations for the 2025-2030 Party Congress of Military Hospital 175; at the same time, he requested the Hospital to seriously and comprehensively absorb the appraisal report of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and the opinions of the working delegation to complete the preparations and organize the congress according to plan, achieving the set goals and requirements.

Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong also requested Military Hospital 175 to promote its responsibility in contributing to documents of the Central Committee and the Central Military Commission; focus on propaganda work, emulation to achieve achievements to welcome the Congress of the Hospital Party Committee and the Congress at higher levels, as well as practically celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 / August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 / September 2, 2025).
