On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024), on July 16 and 17, Major General Tran Phu Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, visited and presented flowers and incense to heroes and martyrs at the Muong Lat District Martyrs Cemetery and visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries in the district.
