On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024), on July 16 and 17, Major General Tran Phu Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, visited and presented flowers and incense to heroes and martyrs at the Muong Lat District Martyrs Cemetery and visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries in the district. Also participating were representatives of the Provincial Police Department; Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Muong Lat District.

At the Muong Lat District Martyrs' Cemetery, in a solemn and respectful atmosphere, Director of the Provincial Police Department Tran Phu Ha and members of the delegation observed a minute of silence, offered flowers and incense, expressing their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of the heroes and martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the happiness of the people.

Along with that, continue to care for, look after and well implement the regimes and policies of the Party and State towards relatives of policy families and people with meritorious services to the revolution.

At the same time, he affirmed that over the years, the Party Committees, authorities at all levels and armed forces in the province have always kept in mind the great contributions and sacrifices of heroes, martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers and families with meritorious services to the revolution.

He hoped that families would continue to promote revolutionary traditions, be exemplary, take the lead in labor and production emulation movements, participate in protecting national security and other emulation movements in the locality.

He requested that Party committees, authorities and unions at all levels of Muong Lat district continue to do a good job of repaying gratitude, paying attention to both material and spiritual care for families with meritorious services through practical actions. At the same time, create all material and spiritual conditions for families to continue promoting revolutionary traditions, striving to improve their lives, contributing to building Thanh Hoa province more and more prosperous.
