Follow the soldiers helping people clean up mud after floods in Nghe An

On July 29, in the communes of Con Cuong, Muong Xen, and Tuong Duong - the areas most heavily affected in Nghe An after the circulation of storm No. 3, officers and soldiers of Regiment 764 (Nghe An Provincial Military Command) made efforts to help people overcome the consequences of floods.

There is still much work to be done to overcome the consequences, due to the large amount of mud, garbage, animal carcasses... on the roads and residential areas; many houses were deeply flooded, collapsed, and had their roofs blown off...
