According to the Plan, the Summary of Program 06-CTr/TU aims to comprehensively evaluate the results of leadership, direction and impact of the implementation of Program 06-CTr/TU of the City Party Committee in the period of 2021 - 2025. In particular, focusing on evaluating what has been done, what has not been done, the causes and drawing lessons learned in implementing the Program.

Based on the summary and evaluation of the implementation results, propose key policies and solutions to implement the Program in the next phase. Organize rewards for groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Program.

The summary is required to closely follow the tasks and solutions stated in Program No. 06-CTr/TU of the City Party Committee, to be carried out seriously, urgently, practically to ensure compliance with the plan, to promote the sense of responsibility of Party committees and organizations at all levels; to avoid formalities and waste.

Specifically, the summary content focuses on evaluating the leadership and direction of the implementation of the Program; evaluating the results of organizing the dissemination and propaganda of the Program; evaluating the results of implementing the goals, targets, tasks and solutions stated in Program No. 06-CTr/TU and Plan No. 176/KH-UBND in conjunction with the implementation of directives, resolutions and documents of the Party and State on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people.

At the same time, clearly point out the limitations, weaknesses, causes (objective, subjective) and lessons learned in cultural development, improving the quality of human resources, building elegant and civilized Hanoians in the period of 2021 - 2025; directions, tasks and solutions in the period of 2026 - 2030.

Proposals and recommendations must be realistic, clearly analyze the reasons, and propose clear content to remove difficulties and obstacles that are barriers in the implementation of the Program as well as create favorable conditions for development orientation and goals in the next stage.
