The secrets to making nutritious milk
One of the key factors that creates the delicious taste of TH true MILK is the source of pure, diverse food for the cows with a rich menu for each individual, including: corn, sorghum, grass, sunflower, molasses... TH has applied important research results of the world's leading nutrition experts, from 15 types of food ingredients to build suitable formulas, so that the cows can produce milk full of nutrients and precious micronutrients for human health.

The world's "delicacies" for dairy cows are all grown on TH's vast fields, using the most modern equipment for planting and care, including a system of dozens of modern irrigation arms up to 400-700 meters long. After harvesting, the green roughage is fermented, harmful bacteria are killed, then mixed with nutrients and essences according to a formula set by the computer system suitable for the health parameters, physical condition and biological cycle of each individual cow. In addition, there is a special ingredient that only TH's dairy cows can enjoy, which is molasses - a by-product of Nghe An Sugarcane Factory (NASU) - a unit under TH Group.

Another special feature of the diets of the dairy cows at the TH farm is the sunflowers - grown right on hundreds of hectares of fields in Nghia Dan. The beautiful sunflower fields, stretching as far as the eye can see on the Phu Quy plateau, are not only a famous tourist destination, but are actually a unique food source, supplemented with omega 3 essential oils, not only strangely "delicious" to help TH dairy cows produce more milk but also the protein value in the diet increases from 6 to 16% compared to corn. And that is also one of the secrets for the TH cows to produce fresh, clean milk, converging the best of nature, positioning the TH true MILK brand completely from nature.
“We control almost absolute safety right from the stage of cultivating on the grassland. The food that arrives at the center is analyzed for quality. From roughage to mixed food, when it comes to feeding the cows, everything is analyzed and thoroughly checked using European standard technology. Along with that, TH cows drink clean water treated with the latest Amiad filtration technology, ensuring an absolutely pure water source,” shared Ms. Vy Thu Hang - Director of Food and Nutrition.
All the meticulousness down to the smallest detail in the closed high-tech dairy farming process aims to create perfection in every drop of TH true MILK milk. The average fresh milk output of each cow is 32 - 35 liters per day, equivalent to nearly 11,000 liters/cycle, the highest in Southeast Asia. These clean, perfect fresh milk streams are contributing to community health care and positioning pure Vietnamese fresh milk on the world milk map.
