- One, two, one, two…
- The instructor's loudspeaker commands mixed with the soldiers' steady shouts and strong footsteps showed their determination and focus for an impressive performance.
- That is the image at the Training, Professional Development and Vocational Education Center No. 2 - Mobile Police Command (Dong Nai province). From 7am, nearly 3,000 police officers were enthusiastically practicing. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, these people will play an important role in the parades of the armed forces.
Standing out in the training ground were 128 female special police officers selected from students at the People's Security Academy and the People's Police. Looking at their faces and their rumbling steps, one could see their determination and collective strength.
After more than 3 months of training, the female students who have just completed the police service training have now mastered the movements of commanding the team such as: waving hands, walking in a steady manner, standing still, changing feet while walking; carrying guns in a steady manner has changed to carrying guns in a steady manner, saluting and stopping saluting.
The special task force helmet weighing more than 3kg was skillfully adjusted by soldier Pham Thi Ha Quynh. Each female soldier of the Special Task Force Police must carry a uniform, MP5 gun and a helmet weighing a total of 10kg during the entire training period.
When she first received the task of participating in the A50 parade, Ha Quynh couldn't help but worry because she had to put her studies on hold. Feeling both nervous and tense before the first harsh training sessions sometimes made the second-year student feel tired. However, over time, Ha Quynh and her friends gradually overcame their own limitations.
"Although the continuous training process was hard, with the companionship, encouragement and urging from the teachers, we gradually got used to the intensity. The pride and excitement of standing in the parade formation became a strong motivation, helping us to strive and be more determined than ever."
Every day, soldiers start practicing from 7am to 11am, and in the afternoon from 1:30pm to 5pm. Depending on each block, instructors have their own lesson plans and training methods, but must ensure the spirit of "correct, consistent, and beautiful".
The UN Peacekeeping Police Officers practice in rows, as a basis for coordinating movements in 1/3 of the block, 1/2 of the block, before forming into a whole block to check the accuracy of each individual. During the formation practice, each individual must promote a high level of team spirit, correct hand movements and hand techniques in the row, in the block to be unified and beautiful. In addition, during the entire process of performing the movements, the soldiers must keep a solemn face, with a cheerful expression but still ensure seriousness.
Nearby, the Mobile Police Reserve Combat Team rolled up their pants and used 0.5kg weights to practice holding guns during training.
It was noon, the sun was gradually reaching its zenith, the faces of the girls of the Traffic Police Women's Officers' Block were red under the heat but their movements of hands and feet were still quite unified.
Under the intense heat, sweat beaded on Anh Thu's shirt and ran down her face.
"Legs up high, arms up", the student of the People's Security University immediately put all her strength and effort into practicing 200% after hearing the teacher's call.
"The teachers are strict but also care and encourage girls like us, 19 and 20 years old, a lot. Since entering the training environment, everyone has been self-conscious, trying hard, competing between the groups to be even and beautiful," Anh Thu proudly said.
- Match the movements, perfect the movement of walking attentively. Walk attentively!
- With a loudspeaker on his shoulder, Captain Dau Dinh Nhat, the main training officer of the Air Force Men's Bloc of the People's Public Security, and the teachers always follow the soldiers' footsteps.
- According to Mr. Dinh Nhat, entering phase 2, the blocks are currently promoting physical strength and perfection. The harsh hot weather affects the intensity of training, but thanks to the attention and facilitation of the Command Center and the support of the medical department in health care and providing drinking water throughout the training process, teachers and students have all strived to complete the task excellently.
Along the training route, many tents and medical staff are arranged to stay close to the training ground to provide first aid when soldiers are in pain or have health problems during training.
The harsh sunlight of the South in March is even more evident on the dark skin of the soldiers of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department's Male Officers' Block. The bright streaks left by the hat straps on the soldiers' faces are traces and evidence of their determination and the months of enthusiastic training on the training ground.
After a 2.5 hour lunch break, in the afternoon, the parade groups, including many forces such as: People's Police Officers, Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Officers, female Traffic Police Officers, Ho Chi Minh City Police Officers, Mobile Police, female Special Police Officers, Mobile Police Reserve Officers, forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level,... practiced and practiced with music.
When marching past the platform, the soldiers' faces are turned up at a 45-degree angle to salute, their legs swing straight forward, and their arms rhythmically march to the beat of the marching music.
- - Push your chest out! That's right, listen to music, no need to rush! You guys are doing better today! Try a little harder!
- Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Trung Thuc's loud voice rang out as he commented on each group of soldiers marching past the stage. Holding the flag in his right hand and the microphone in his left, the commander was like a "conductor" carefully observing each movement, each soldier, each group with precision.
Throughout the training process, the cadres always closely follow and grasp the training results of each content, each person, each row, learn from experience, promptly correct the limited movement elements, learn to the point, especially do not rush, burn the stage. To coordinate and unify the forces, improve the physical foundation to ensure in phase 2, the blocks must be able to march seriously from 120 -150m. Physical strength must meet the requirements of marching from 5-7km. |
Despite the harsh difficulties, after hours of intense training, the young men in their twenties are always cheerful and enthusiastic, true to the spirit of soldiers.
During breaks, the sound of music and singing resounded on the large training ground. Soldier Trinh Tri Thu, a student at the People's Security University, held a guitar and led the boys of the Air Force Men's Bloc to sing loudly "Forever our hearts will sing the soldier's song/ Forever our hearts will sing the military marching song..." Innocent college boys with ambition and determination on the training ground in the middle of a brilliant summer space, full of youthful enthusiasm. |
Through months of eating, sleeping and training together, many friendships and comradeship were born, becoming a memorable part of the youth of nearly 3,000 soldiers.
After the afternoon training session, the soldiers return to their rooms to rest and do personal activities before dinner. To ensure health and maintain training effectiveness, the soldiers' nutrition is always focused on, each meal is carefully prepared.
Every soldier adheres to a professional, neat and clean military lifestyle. From washing dishes and doing laundry to sweeping, all daily tasks are performed independently and in an organized manner.
During the training period from Monday to Saturday, the soldiers were not allowed to use their phones at all. Instead, they focused on their training activities. The singing lessons and art performances in the evenings, especially on the occasion of the 26th of March, created a joyful and comfortable atmosphere, helping the soldiers relax and create excitement after a long day of intense training.
In addition to the main training time, many soldiers have actively increased their training in the evening to perfect their movements and coordinate smoothly with the unit. In the picture, soldiers Ngoc Tu, Nam Truong, Minh Tien and Hoang Long of the Mobile Police Reserve Combat Unit, practice hard for about 1.5 hours.
They took advantage of the time before going home to rest, prepare for the upcoming days of accelerated training, ready to enter phase 3.
