Accordingly, the Provincial Party Standing Committee directed to focus on disseminating and implementing Plan No. 219-KH/UBKTTW to Party committees, Party organizations and inspection committees at all levels in the Provincial Party Committee. Strengthening supervision work to warn and prevent violations early and from afar, identifying this as the focus of the work of inspection committees at all levels. Building and improving the contingent of cadres and civil servants of the Party Inspection sector to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation and promoting comprehensive digital transformation in the activities of the Party Inspection sector.

Research, review, amend, supplement and perfect regulations, rules and procedures on inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party. Specify the regular supervision mechanism and coordination regulations between inspection committees at all levels and relevant party organizations, agencies and units as a basis for inspection committees to effectively perform their tasks according to the provisions of the Party Charter; inspection officers assigned to monitor the area have sufficient authority and conditions to access information, grasp the situation of the area and the unit in charge regularly and comprehensively, in accordance with the current party organization model and meet the requirements in the new situation.

Synthesize, review, and evaluate common violations through inspection and supervision work (type of violation, cause, results of handling violations, etc.) associated with reviewing and evaluating inspections, supervisions, and audits in the province according to Regulation No. 823-QD/TU dated August 1, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, thereby recommending measures to prevent and overcome loopholes and shortcomings in management work in all fields, including issues of socio-economic management to contribute to warning and preventing violations.

Organize workshops to exchange and discuss typical violations, lessons learned through the Party's inspection, supervision and disciplinary work; limitations and inadequacies in mechanisms and policies; loopholes and shortcomings in management work that have been pointed out through inspection and supervision work and propose solutions to overcome and prevent.

Strengthen warning, direction, guidance, inspection and supervision of lower-level Party organizations and inspection committees in strictly implementing the Party's directives, resolutions, conclusions, regulations and decisions; direct and guide the Party's inspection, supervision and disciplinary work. Receive and effectively implement the early warning system for signs of violations through diversifying channels for collecting and receiving information, petitions and feedback from people on the internet and email mailboxes deployed by the Central Inspection Committee; direct and implement the reception of information via hotlines of Inspection Committees at all levels in the Provincial Party Committee.

Promote widespread dissemination to Party organizations and cadres and Party members about typical violations, lessons learned through the Party's inspection, supervision and disciplinary work; limitations and inadequacies in mechanisms and policies; loopholes and shortcomings in management work that have been pointed out through inspection and supervision work and solutions to overcome and prevent them to help Party organizations and cadres and Party members clearly recognize violations that need to be avoided in order to enhance the responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations and cadres and Party members.

Focus on propagating and thoroughly grasping the Party's guiding viewpoints and the General Secretary's direction on the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work so that the cadres and civil servants of the Party Inspection sector of Bac Giang province fully and deeply understand the requirements and tasks in the current period, especially the role, mission and leadership methods of the Party to develop the country in the new period; from there, each cadre and civil servant clearly defines his/her own responsibilities, constantly studies and practices to "improve himself/herself" to meet the requirements and tasks.

Organize training courses on key and in-depth topics on professional skills in inspection, supervision and Party discipline. Develop and perfect the job positions of the Inspection Committees at all levels in the Provincial Party Committee; review and arrange cadres, civil servants and employees according to approved criteria, standards and job positions.

Resolutely and synchronously deploy tasks and solutions to meet the requirements of "data-based monitoring and data-based inspection" in the Provincial Party Committee with the following implementation contents: Issue the Digital Transformation Plan for the Party Inspection Sector of Bac Giang Province. Direct and guide the implementation of inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement tasks in the digital environment under the direction of the Central Inspection Committee.
