The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has just sent an official dispatch to relevant localities and units regarding the arrangement and organization of agencies, units and localities in the political system.

In the document, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee unanimously concluded to continue to strictly implement the suspension of civil servant recruitment, appointment, nomination for higher positions or the policy of perfecting leadership and management positions of agencies and units, supplementing Party committees and Standing Committees of Party committees at commune and district levels for the 2020-2025 term until new instructions are issued.

Pursuant to the direction of the Politburo in Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW, the Secretaries of districts, towns and Thu Duc City carry out ideological work, motivate local cadres, and ensure the maintenance of regular activities in the locality until the district-level arrangement is implemented according to the direction of the Central Government.

Members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee are responsible for monitoring, grasping the situation, promptly reporting and proposing urgent issues arising in districts.

The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee assigned the Organizing Committee of the City Party Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to monitor the implementation in agencies, units and localities; promptly report to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for consideration and direction on arising issues.
