Internal procedures for handling administrative procedures in the fields of Agriculture and Environment

Officers of the Department of Agriculture and Environment receive administrative procedures for people at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

Recently, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province approved 15 Decisions to announce the list of administrative procedures in the fields managed by the Agriculture and Environment sector. Of these, 106 administrative procedures were newly issued, 104 administrative procedures were amended and supplemented, and 64 administrative procedures were abolished. To date, 72 administrative procedures have been decentralized from the central level to the local level, 21 administrative procedures have been decentralized from the district level to the provincial and communal levels; 85 administrative procedures have maintained the same implementation level but have been amended and supplemented.

Along with that, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has issued Decisions approving 238 internal procedures for handling administrative procedures deployed to departments, units and commune-level People's Committees. Up to now, 100% of administrative procedures under the authority of the sector have internal procedures deployed throughout the province.

After being announced, administrative procedures are made public on the National Public Service Portal; the Provincial Electronic Information Portal and on the Electronic Information Page of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
