Pursuant to Decision No. 90/QD-KV10 dated April 14, 2025 of the State Bank, Branch Region 10.

Tan Xuan People's Credit Fund would like to announce as follows:

1. The charter capital of Tan Xuan People's Credit Fund as of December 31, 2024 is: VND 5,811,300,000 (In words: Five billion eight hundred eleven million three hundred thousand dong)

2. Amend and supplement the operating contents according to License No. 16/NH-GP dated January 23, 1997 issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Province Branch, to Tan Xuan People's Credit Fund as follows:

a) Mobilizing capital in Vietnamese Dong.

b) Loans in Vietnamese Dong.

c) Other activities:

- Providing money transfer services, performing collection and payment services for members and customers through the CF-ebank system of the cooperative bank.

- Agent providing payment services for cooperative banks for members and customers of Tan Xuan People's Credit Fund.

- Participate in contributing capital to cooperative banks.

- Open a payment account at the State Bank, commercial bank, cooperative bank.

- Deposit money at cooperative bank.
