Military Region 2 deploys security and safety work for forces participating in the parade of the Lao People's Army and the Royal Cambodian Army.

According to the plan, the forces participating in the A80 parade of the Lao People's Army and the Royal Cambodian Army will be stationed at La Saveur De Hoa Binh Resort, Luong Son Commune, Phu Tho Province. Military Region 2 is assigned to ensure security and safety for the forces of the neighboring country at La Saveur De Hoa Binh Resort during their stay in Vietnam.

The delegation inspected the preparations and listened to reports from the authorities.

Through the actual inspection of the implementation of security and safety work, Major General Nguyen Dang Khai acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility and proactiveness of the agencies of Military Region 2 and the Phu Tho Provincial Military Command in the preparation work; requested agencies and units, according to their assigned tasks, to thoroughly grasp the assigned tasks for officers and soldiers, strictly comply with the rules and regulations; organize practice to master the plans, strictly maintain the on-duty regime, be ready to flexibly and effectively handle situations, and ensure absolute safety for the parade and marching forces of the neighboring country.

The Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 2 emphasized that this is an important defense foreign affairs task, contributing to the success of the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2; demonstrating the affection, responsibility and hospitality of the officers and soldiers of Military Region 2 in particular, and of the Army, country and people of Vietnam in general. Therefore, agencies and units, according to their assigned tasks, continue to review the work contents, proactively coordinate closely and effectively.
