On October 2, the Department of Education and Training of Tam Ky City (Quang Nam) said that it had just received a report regarding the incident of a parent storming into a classroom to beat a student at Nguyen Du Secondary School (Tam Ky City).

Accordingly, on September 30, the school held a meeting with relevant parties to hear reports on the situation, analyze student behavior that should not be done, and the levels of student discipline.

Considering the reports and self-criticisms of students who violated discipline and the minutes of the meeting to handle students who violated discipline in classes 8/9 and 8/11 on September 25, the meeting agreed that it is necessary to strictly handle according to regulations to deter and educate, while at the same time creating conditions for students who violated discipline to have the opportunity to learn from experience, strive to improve their studies and practice.

The school held a student disciplinary council meeting according to regulations, conducted a secret ballot to propose disciplinary action for each violating student.

Based on the proposal of the disciplinary council, the Principal of Nguyen Du Secondary School issued a disciplinary decision against the violating students, notified the whole school, parents, the school and class parent representatives, and reported to the management agency.

Specifically, student NNT (grade 8/9) chased and beat a friend, causing minor injuries. He was disciplined with a reprimand and his parents were notified to coordinate in helping the student overcome his shortcomings.

Student HHGB (grade 8/11) intentionally teased his friend, indirectly causing the incident and was disciplined with a warning, support, and direct help to help the student overcome his shortcomings.

Student P.D.H (grade 8/9) who participated in chasing and beating his friend was disciplined, given direct support and help to help the student overcome his shortcomings.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Tam Ky City, regarding the handling of the violation against Mr. HVL (parent of HHGB) who entered the school without permission to beat the student, Tan Thanh Ward Police worked with related individuals, consolidated the case file, and advised Tam Ky City Police to issue a decision to handle the case.

Previously, as Thanh Nien reported, on the morning of September 24, while playing, two students from grade 8/9 and one student from grade 8/11 got into a conflict and fought. As a result, the student from grade 8/11 suffered a swollen eyelid.

Then, the 8/11th grade student borrowed the school security guard's phone to call the parents. After taking the child to the hospital for a check-up, the parent returned to school during the first period of the same afternoon and then went to the 8/9th grade class to beat the two students.

After the incident, Nguyen Du Secondary School held a meeting with parents and students. At the meeting, all students realized their mistakes and promised not to repeat the violations.

In addition, Mr. HVL admitted his mistake and apologized to the school, apologized to the two parents whose children were beaten, and pledged not to repeat this incident again.

For the 2 parents whose children were beaten by Mr. L., realizing that their children beating their friends was wrong, they pledged to educate their children and accept the apology of B's ​​parents.
