Specifically, PC Dak Lak has coordinated with the Central Power System Control Center (CSO) to plan to operate the power grid reasonably, not to perform work that requires stopping or reducing power supply, causing power outages to customers, ensuring safe, reliable power supply, and fire and explosion prevention and control.

In addition, Dak Lak PC has directed its affiliated units to strengthen inspection, detect and promptly handle defects in power source equipment and power grids; clear power grid corridors; arrange backup diesel generators as required; arrange people on duty at 110kV transformer stations to supply power to locations where political and cultural activities of the province take place.
PC Dak Lak also arranged the Hot Line Repair Teams (Hotline) to be ready to work when there is an incident. The units organized additional shifts for leaders, mobile operation teams, power operation and repair teams, and telecommunications network system incident handling teams with more than 160 shifts and 180 people participating in operations. Supplies, spare equipment, fuel, communication systems and means of transport are fully prepared, ready to quickly handle situations.
For power plants and hydropower plants connected to the grid in the province, PC Dak Lak has announced plans to mobilize resources during the holidays, ensuring that the plants do not operate beyond their mobilized capacity, avoiding grid overload.
In addition, PC Dak Lak has coordinated with relevant agencies to grasp the time and location of political and cultural activities during the holidays to proactively develop electricity supply plans, ensuring that activities take place safely and smoothly.
