The peak period takes place from April 4 to June 15, 2025 with participants being specialized agencies under the District People's Committee, People's Committees of 17/17 communes and towns, businesses and organizations related to digital transformation in the whole district.

The content is to organize a review, assessment and determination of the number of data sets that need to be digitized according to Decision No. 2952/2021, Decision No. 2316/2023 of the Provincial People's Committee and existing data sources at the unit; assess the current status of existing data sources, determine the list of data that needs to be collected and standardized.

Prioritize digitization and updating of valid administrative procedure settlement results records to reuse electronic results, data serving state management, direction and operation, and providing open data.

Agencies and units focus on digitizing and entering data into the province's shared information systems (electronic archives, data warehouses) and specialized databases of units according to plan, and at the same time conduct data quality checks.

Integrate and connect databases of sectors into the province's shared database warehouse system. Ensure data is ready for exploitation on the integrated data sharing platform (LGSP) and open data portal.
